Gain Lawyers will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided to us voluntarily. We collect sensitive health and financial information, along with contact details, personal identifiers, accident/claim details, and legal/court records, for the purposes of assisting our clients’ legal matters.
Gain Lawyers will use this information for the purposes of acting as your legal representatives during the course of your current and any future legal matters. We will use this information for the purpose of communication during the course of your current and future legal matters. This may involve disclosing information to third parties (eg, insurers, barristers, medical professionals, forensic accountants, courts, regulatory authorities, government agencies, etc). We do not sell or rent any personal information. If we disclose information overseas (eg, cloud data storage) we take steps to ensure compliance with APP 8.
Gain Lawyers will also use this information for the purposes of communicating information with you that you may find of interest, informing you of changes to the law that may affect you, informing you of events that Gain Lawyers is associated with and for statistical purposes.
Marketing Communications and Use of Personal information
By submitting forms on the Gain Lawyers website, you consent to the collection of your personal information, including your name, contact details, and any enquiry details provided. We may use this information to contact you regarding your legal enquiry and to send relevant legal updates, promotional offers, and marketing communications.

The most likely entities to which we may provide information include barristers, experts, professional and trade associations.
